     ·  Mic dejun foarte bun, spa foarte bun (recomand sa adaugati apa gratuita pe masuta holului ce duce la sala de fitness si spa, unii competitori din mures ofera asta).
     ·  in prima zi apa din camera a fost buna, a doua zis a fost apa de la chiuveta! (plus ca este desigilata si nu ai certitudinea ca pei o apa potabila din surse sigure) lipsa sampon dus, Am lasat camasa la calcat si am cerut sa fie calcata pana la 7:30 pentru a nu intarzia la serviciu, mi s-a confirmat ca o sa fie gata. la 7:55 am mers eu jos sa verific de ce nu am primti camasa, ea era gata de ceva timp. recomand ca procedura ca receptia sa sune camera in momentul cand s-a calcat ceva. Telefonul din camera nu functiona, ventilatorul din camera foarte galagios noaptea (225), in prima zi cand am ajuns cosul de la toaleta nu era gol, nu am gasit hartie pe wc care mentioneaza ca a fost igienizat (nu cunosc daca este obligatoriu insa peste tot am vazut iar aici nu), unele cutiute cu goodies erau goale, doar de imagine : )) Miros de mucegai in dus

     ·  Inca de la intrarea in hotel m-am simtit foarte bine primit, procesul de checkin a fost foarte rapid, iar persoana de la receptie a facut tot posibilul pentru a avea un sejur cat mai placut. Camera a fost foarte spatioasa, aranjata cu bun gust si curatenie exemplara. Se vede o atentie exceptionala la detalii. Micul dejun a fost foarte variat si gustos. A fost unul dintre cele mai bune hoteluri la care am stat, felicit intreg personalul care e foarte profesionist.
     ·  Nu am niciun comentariu obiectiv care sa fie contra. Voi mai reveni la acest hotel!

     ·  My stay at Hotel Plaza was wonderful! ✨ Everything was perfect — spotless rooms, quick check-in and check-out, delicious breakfast (also great for vegetarians), and a relaxing SPA with jacuzzi, steam sauna and fitness sauna, sport room. The staff was always ready to help and explain everything with a smile. Plus, it’s right in the city center, which is very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!!!
